I am a Registered Psychologist (Alberta) and I have been providing counselling services since 2014. I specialize in working with athletes who are seeking support with sports performance and sports related concerns as well as individuals who have been impacted by trauma.

Understanding the impacts of experiences clients have had allows me to appreciate their journey while creating safety in a therapeutic relationship, allowing for personal and emotional change.
