Hi! I'm Shristi

I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and I’ve been supporting clients in their journeys toward growth and resilience since 2014.

My practice focuses on helping athletes enhance their sport performance and address sports-related challenges, as well as providing specialized care for those impacted by trauma.
