Hi! I'm Shristi

I am a Registered Psychologist (Alberta) and I have been providing counselling services since 2014. I specialize in working with athletes who are seeking support with sports performance and sports related concerns as well as individuals who have been impacted by trauma.

the relationships and experiences in our lives influence our development and belief systems and inform the way we interact with our environment and the people in it. Understanding the impacts of experiences clients have had allows me to appreciate their journey while creating safety in a therapeutic relationship, allowing for personal and emotional change.

Sport & Performance Psychology

Just as athletes train physically for their sport, mental training is integral to success in performance. The aim of sport and performance psychology is to support athletes, coaches, and teams in building the mental capacity to manage stress, pressures, and the various dynamics present in their sport.
